Renee brings more than 15 years of human resources and organizational development experience to e-Dialog. She began her career in the insurance industry specializing in the development of high-performing organizations, and her experience spans small start-ups to large multibillion dollar organizations in multiple industries, including financial services, manufacturing, and technology. Renee's international experience includes business expansion in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining e-Dialog, Renee was the vice president of human resources for a software development company, which she helped grow to a $100 million-plus organization. She also provided consulting services to a variety of companies, helping to build organizational development systems for high growth. Renee lives in New Hampshire and stays busy when she is not working with her two teenage sons.
